Role Overview

The Documentation & Compliance Protégé will support by checking, verifying, printing, organizing, and compiling project evidence. This role ensures vendor submissions meet technical and contractual specifications, enabling smooth acceptance and accurate reporting to the Ministry of Communications (KK).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical documentation from vendors, including fiber installation as-built drawings, OTDR and power meter test results, commissioning reports and connectivity proofs, material and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with contract scope and technical requirements.
• Print, organize, and maintain all technical documentation and evidence for each PoP.
• Compile complete documentation packages for KK acceptance.
• Coordinate with vendors to clarify technical issues or rectify incomplete submissions.
