• Reduction in fraudulent / suspect claims (measured as % improvement)
• Claims cost ratio and overall savings achieved
• Cashless utilization rate across the network
• Outstanding claims ageing and timely closure
• Network expansion and success rate of MoU renewals
• Adoption of digital claim submission processes (%)
• Team productivity and engagement score
