Job Purpose

Responsible for sustaining test engineering activities of PSG (Power Solution Group)

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team on PSG sustaining test engineering activities
+ Develop test coverage and quality matrix to ensure no test escapees and best quality of test screening for customer.
+ Lead a team of engineers for all sustaining test activities in mass production including yield, quality or cost improvement.
+ Champion of tester platform roadmap for PSG
+ Manage test system enhancement to achieve best Cost of Test (COT) for PSG
+ Support test related customer activities including develop new test screening and special new test for customer.
