The successful applicant will:
Deliver quality acute care to outpatients based in Nelson Community. Join a supportive multidisciplinary team including: Registrars, mental health nurses, and social workers. Be responsible for leadership and further development of the Community Assessment Team as well as developing a consultation-liaison service in keeping with evidence based and best practice models. Liaise with whānau and others involved in patients’ care, as well as make referrals to community services. Who is an appropriate applicant?
