Job Summary
Lamar Estates Long Term Care is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Assist residents with mobility, balance, strength, and endurance exercises

• Monitor resident progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist

• Educate residents on safe mobility techniques and use of assistive devices
