The Deerhouse Manager is responsible for the successful day‑to‑day operation of the pub, bar, restaurant, and swimming pool facilities, delivering a high‑quality guest experience while driving commercial performance. Working closely with the Head Chef and holiday park management team, the role oversees team leadership, stock control, financial performance, and service standards. The manager plays a key role in profitability, growth, and ensuring all operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with Rudding Park standards, contributing as a senior member of the holiday park management team.
