Public Area Attendant

The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge is looking for an experienced Public Area Attendant. The role assists in the daily running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring all M & C procedures and targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are dust‑free, polished, and well‑presented.
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors according to schedule and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance areas and ensure they are presentable at all times.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests or directions.
• Report any guest concerns or issues promptly to supervisors.
• Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
