Job Overview

We are looking for our client a highly skilled Senior Azure Generative AI Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services and modern Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and AI platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Azure-native Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector search and Azure AI Search.
• Build and manage multi-agent AI systems , agent orchestration frameworks, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native applications on Azure .
• Fine-tune LLMs and optimize prompts, embeddings, and context engineering strategies.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and knowledge graphs (Neo4J or similar) .
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and business workflows.
• Lead AI solution deployment, monitoring, observability, and AIOps initiatives.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical best practices across AI projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists to deliver business-focused AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, or ML solutions.
• 2+ years Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform .
• Expertise in Azure OpenAI Service , Azure AI Search, Azure App Services, and Azure-native AI development.
• Strong experience in:
• Multi-Agent Systems & Agent Orchestration
• RAG Architecture & Vector Search
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• LLM Fine-Tuning (LoRA, PEFT, OpenAI Fine-Tuning)
• Context Engineering & Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge Graphs (Neo4J or similar)
• Data Pipelines & ETL Workflows
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as: LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, Semantic Kernel , Microsoft Agent Framework , Google ADK
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Architectures .
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Functions, AKS, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, PGVector, or similar .
• Exposure to ReactJS for AI dashboards and user interfaces.
• Azure Certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring experience.
