Overview

Adaptable Recruitment are exclusively working with a Liverpool based business who are looking to recruit a high calibre Accounts Assistant for a period of up to about 6 months.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: GBP 30,000 per annum
  • Office Based
  • 37 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday
  • Free parking on site

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Purchase Ledger: Print and match supplier invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders; post invoices onto the system (including overhead invoices); maintain invoice query log and resolution; weekly BACS payments prioritising suppliers to fit cash flow, complete software, send remittances and upload to bank for authorisation; supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution; supplier contras; set up of new suppliers; monthly end duties.
