Job Summary Manage stock records, issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, distribute components for job processing, provide administrative support, assist with invoice processing, and perform ad-hoc duties to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records to ensure inventory accuracy Issue purchase orders and track delivery status to ensure timely receipt of components Distribute component parts accurately to support job processing workflows Perform filing, data entry, and document preparation to support administrative operations Assist in processing invoices and financial documents to facilitate payment and accounting Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
