We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team at Thai Mango by Chef Kim in Parañaque City . As a full-time purchasing staff, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services necessary for the company’s operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and related documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams
• Conduct price comparisons and maintain updated supplier records
• Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget limits
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
• Assist in vendor negotiations and contract terms when needed
