Job Responsibilities - To assist the Purchasing and Inventory Manager in maintaining the purchasing and inventory planning processes
- Ensuring the timely arrival of purchases and maintaining existing inventory position in a healthy state
- Involved in liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders on related matters
Purchasing - Check suppliers’ confirmation orders against our PO issued.
- Liaise with forwarders on shipping departure and arrival dates of standard POs.
- Monitoring of the arrival of indent orders and sample requests.
- Maintaining a timetable of shipment arrivals.
