We are a trading company specializing in supplying packaging products to the retail industry. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Purchasing Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Handle daily purchasing activities and sourcing of packaging products
Liaise and coordinate with local and overseas suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Follow up on shipment and delivery status
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers
Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation
Coordinate with warehouse and sales department to ensure smooth operations
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1–2 years working experience in purchasing or procurement field
