Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors from China.
Manage and administer supplier contracts from China, including renewals and renegotiations.
Liaise with operations and warehouse teams on material requirements, inventory checks, and inspections.
Track and monitor purchase requests, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Verify procurement documents such as POs, DOs, and invoices, and coordinate with Finance on payments.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
Support cost control efforts and perform cost analysis.
Assist in tender submissions with pricing and sourcing data.
