Mine Superintendent

The Mine Superintendent/Mine Manager/Mine Superintendent is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all mining activities to meet or exceed mining production and ore control objectives while supervising crews at the site. As a Mine Superintendent which is based at our Middleton, TN site you will provides leadership and support to our Heavy Equipment Operators, Exploration Drillers, Mine Crew Chief, and Mine Coordinator. This role oversees hourly employees and ensures that everyone is set up for the day/week. Responsibilities include mine planning, software uploads, reviewing core quality, coordinating with maintenance and production, and developing KPIs to ensure production targets are met. As a Mine Supervisor you works with production to understand their needs, including kiln schedules, which dictate weekly operations.
