POSITION: COORDINATOR FACILITY MAINTENANCE

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of Operations and taking direction from the Manager of Recreation, the Coordinator of Facility Maintenance will be responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of all the Town of Pincher Creek facilities. To ensure that all facilities are clean, safe and in a state of good repair and in compliance with all Municipal, Provincial and/or Federal standards. To assist with staff training in areas of operations and safety and responsible for the building preventative maintenance plan.
