Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a small team environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality software products across web and telecommunication platforms. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of enterprise-level insurance software applications, including customer-facing web portals and communication systems (phone calls, SMS).

· Assume primary responsibility for quality assurance across enterprise-level insurance software applications, including web portals and telecommunication solutions (voice and SMS)
