Key Responsibilities Lead a team of analysts and technicians in testing Develop, update, and maintain procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ensure lab upkeep, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting of failures when necessary. Oversee daily lab activities, team scheduling, and inventory management to meet quality and operational needs. Assist Sales and Production teams in troubleshooting and technical investigations. Participate in safety and ISO activities, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Requirements Degree in Chemistry or related discipline At least 3 years relevant experience in polymer or plastics testing Prior exposure to quality assurance and ISO management Team player with good communication skills
