The role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills, including managing QE teams, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring end-to-end quality delivery. The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, execution, and issue resolution, while also actively contributing to automation development. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
