QA Engineering Management To lead and manage In-coming Quality, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control and Assurance, Quality System, Physical Laboratory, and Quality Service, and to ensure that the processes are operated at an optimum level with regards to cost, quality, productivity, safety and machine uptime.

- To ensure that manpower for each section is efficiently filled for smooth operations through proper manpower budgeting and forecasting
- To supervise and carry out performance appraisal of direct reporting
