Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems including HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000 .
Regulatory & Halal Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with JAKIM Halal requirements and Malaysian Food Regulations 1985.
Monitoring & Inspection: Perform daily quality checks (QA/QC), including raw material inspection, in-process checking, and final product testing.
Documentation & Auditing: Maintain QC documentation, such as Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and prepare for external certification or customer audits.
Corrective Actions: Identify and address quality issues promptly to reduce safety-related complaints.
Training & SOPs: Develop, implement, and train staff on SOPs concerning food safety and hygiene.
To perform any other task as assigned by his/her superior.
Requirements:
Minimum education SPM or STPM or College Diploma.
