Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Production Support
- Conduct incoming, in-process and finished product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Verify production records, quality checks and batch documentation.
- Monitor product quality, process controls and hygiene practices during production.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate root cause investigations.
