QA Manager / IT Test Manager / IT Test Project Manager

Duration: Contract (1 year + potential to extend)

Location: Toronto, ON (3-4 days in office) – Onsite

Shift/Core Hours: 37.5 Hours

Compensation: $75-$80/hour

Interview: 2 rounds - 1st - In person and video

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Responsible for development and execution of testing strategies utilizing various software deliverable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Work with Development and other internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved; ensures adherence to defined testing quality standards.
• Hybrid role - Test and project manager.

Must-haves/Key skills needed

• Communication is key.
• Reporting is key - status reporting, holding meetings, PowerPoint presentation.
• Project Management background (managing QA projects) / coordinating testing.
