A position has opened for a QA/QC Manager in the flavour and ingredient industry.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Biochemistry Degree
• More than 6 years in a similar position
• FSSC22000 qualified and experienced
• Auditing experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively participate in customer complaint investigation and non-conformances.
• Organize investigation on problems associated with all finished products, including reviewing and printing result history from SAP.
• Ensure Corrective Action Plans are in place, closed off on time and preventive measures are in place for improvement.
• Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement for quality and Food safety system.
• Ensure statistical process control implementation and capability to improve product and package quality.
