The QA/QC Staff is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements. This role monitors production processes, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with established quality systems.
Implement and monitor food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP)
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct process audits and documentation checks
Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in production
Perform inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
Conduct product testing and sampling
Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
Ensure products meet specifications before release
Maintain accurate quality records and reports
