- Verify the quality of materials and monitor the production process.
- Analyze quality issues and identify root causes.
- Develop and propose solutions to resolve issues.
- Work closely with the Production Department and other relevant sections to prevent recurrence of problems and explore long-term solutions.
- Maintain and follow work processes in accordance with the plan.
- Perform inspections and testing on recreational vehicle components and systems at various production stages.
- Maintain quality control documentation, records, and reports.
- Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and support incoming material inspection.
