Job Description
Responsibilities - Must be aware of the Quality policy and project specific quality objectives.
- Comply with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan and ensure that project staff and subcontractors are following the same.
- Assist the QA QC Engineer to perform day-to-day site quality control functions such as document and record control, site works inspections, material inspections, testing, etc. and maintain records accordingly.
- In coordination with QA QC Engineer initiate internal NCRs for nonconforming works or materials and ensure effective closeout of the NCRs.
- Coordinate the corrective action on NCRs received from the Engineer Consultant to concerned persons until closeout.
- Ensure measuring and testing equipment in use is fit for use and hold valid calibration.
- Report to the QA QC Engineer on any identified deficiencies in the site quality system.
