Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - 1. Process Oversight: Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project-specific quality standards.
- 2. Defect Management: Investigate the root causes of defective mechanical parts or assemblies, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and enforce corrective/preventive actions.
- 3.Compliance & Auditing: Enforce local/international regulatory codes and oversee internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
- 4.Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and procurement teams to establish quality standards for parts, raw materials, and subcontractors.
- 5.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise quality engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing staffs.
