Job Description
Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Assurance - Lead and manage the QC laboratory team, overseeing daily testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001) across manufacturing operations
- Develop and enforce QC procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and internal audits
- Ensure all products comply with local and international standards (SS, BS EN, ASTM, etc.)
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Technical Management - Provide technical guidance on product formulation, raw material qualification, and process improvement
- Adapt and localise Mapei global formulations to meet Southeast Asian climate, regulatory, and market requirements
