Job Title: Quality Analyst Beverages Location: Bhopal Experience: 13 Years Industry: FMCG / Beverages Job Description: We are looking for a Quality Analyst for carbonated beverages to ensure product quality across production and packaging stages Key Responsibilities: Monitor quality of raw materials (water, sugar, CO, flavours) Check in-process parameters like Brix, pH, and carbonation levels Conduct finished product testing (taste, packaging, stability) Ensure hygiene and GMP compliance on the production floor Maintain quality records and reports Identify and resolve quality issues during production Support audits and compliance requirements Requirements Requirements: Bachelors degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field 13 years of experience in beverages or FMCG Basic knowledge of quality parameters (Brix, pH, CO) Understanding of FSSAI and quality standards Good attention to detail and reporting skills
