Overview

Navantia UK, established in 2022, is a subsidiary of Navantia SA, a Spanish state-owned company with over 300 years of naval shipbuilding history. In January 2025, Navantia UK completed the acquisition of Harland & Wolff and its four facilities in Belfast, Appledore, Methil, and Arnish. By combining Harland & Wolff’s heritage with Navantia’s global expertise, Navantia UK is positioned to strengthen Britain’s defence, maritime and energy industrial capabilities, supporting jobs and economic growth across the country.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and BS EN 1090 across all operations.
• Liaise with NDT and Dimensional Control departments to support inspection and validation processes.
• Support project-specific quality planning and maintain control of site quality documentation and deliverables.
