Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to validate and test our comprehensive digital platform, including chat systems (WhatsApp and other messaging channels), back-office applications, API services, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will combine strong quality assurance expertise with business intelligence understanding and automation capabilities to ensure our entire technology stack meets both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for multiple messaging platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.)
