Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy for Web & Mobile E-commerce platforms
• Manage and mentor QA teams (Manual + Automation)
• Drive automation framework implementation (UI, API & Performance testing)
• Ensure quality across Product Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout & Payment flows
• Work closely with Product, Engineering & DevOps teams
• Define and track quality metrics, release readiness & risk assessment
• Oversee regression, integration, UAT & production validation
• Implement CI/CD-based automation pipelines
