Quality Assurance Manager / Executive

Job Position : Quality Assurance Manager / Executive

Basic Function:

• As Head of Department (HOD) of the QA/QC department and plan the overall QA/QC activities.
• Maintain all HACCP, GMP and ISO documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with R&D for product specification and label review.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for customer complaints and quality issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain quality systems and procedures.
• Oversee the quality functions including Incoming, In‑process, Outgoing and Customer satisfaction.
• Set up product specifications.
• Lead new project teams and contribute ideas for packaging, product and artwork concepts.
• Manage laboratory activities.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality systems.
