Key Accountabilities
Support the end-to-end development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance procedures, resources, and communications.Perform secondary-level quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.Apply critical thinking and data analysis to validate alignment between processes, procedures, and system outputs, ensuring reliable data for quality review.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, strengthen controls, and streamline operations.Act as a Quality Assurance subject matter expert (SME), supporting the design and implementation of scalable solutions aligned to business objectives.Assess support requests, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective, practical solutions.Coordinate QA and compliance-related activities to ensure alignment with regulatory and inte...
