Responsibilities

• Conducting audits and inspections: Perform internal audits of maintenance, operational, and safety systems to ensure compliance with regulations such as Transport Canada's CARs, international standards, and company policies, including the Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM) and other international regulations.
• Investigating issues: Investigate incidents and discrepancies, analyze trends, and participate in root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences and create reports.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance: Verify that all activities and documentation adhere to applicable aviation regulations (e.g., CARs), safety standards, and other requirements.
• Monitor adherence to QA process, identify gaps, and work with multiple teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
