As a Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will ensure the release of materials, managing laboratory staff and resources to guarantee the specification according to customer requirements, aiming for zero quality leaks. You will report to the Liquid Paint Quality Control Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel to ensure the release of materials and the necessary resources to carry it out.
• Coordinate work plans and strategies to maintain a regular and updated quality system of the company, through the development, updating and implementation of test methods and procedures in compliance with and monitoring applicable standards such as ISO/* and IATF*.
