Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Check product labeling, packaging, temperature, and storage conditions.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
• Assist in implementing food safety and quality assurance programs (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
• Report and document any deviations or non-conformance issues, and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action.
• Support QA audits and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related science course.
• With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge in food safety and quality systems is an advantage.
• Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills.
