Quality Control Laboratory Analyst GMP / GLP – Kent

This role involves testing raw materials, finished products, in‑process controls and composite samples to GMP / GLP standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct particle size analysis (Malvern Mastersizers, Sympatec), cleaning verification (HPLC), identification testing (FTIR and Raman), method development and validation, DSC, light microscopy, SEM, moisture content (Karl Fischer) and other analytical techniques.
• Develop and optimize analytical methods and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Participate in CAPA, deviations, and document control activities.

Shift Schedule

1. Early shift: 6 am–2 pm Monday–Friday (3 weeks, then changes).
2. Late shift: 1:30 pm–10 pm Monday–Thursday, 1:30 pm–7 pm Friday (3 weeks, then changes).
3. Night shift: 9 pm–7 am Monday–Thursday (3 weeks, then back to early shift).
