I’m currently partnering with a F&B manufacturing client to identify a QC Manager to lead and oversee both Microbiology & Chemistry laboratory operations.
This is a key leadership that goes beyond day-to-day lab management—it’s about strategic leadership, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of Microbiology & Chemistry labs
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Drive strategic initiatives for lab operations, including process optimization and performance improvement
- Foster an environment of communication, consultation, and collaboration across teams
- Mentor and develop the QC team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
- Oversee testing protocols, validation, and lab performance monitoring
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency and reliability
