- Responsible for seeing to it that production of items is in accordance with established quality policies and procedures and programs to ensure a high level of quality that will satisfy customers

Roles and Responsibilities:- Checks and validates reports submitted by the QAQC Staff.
- Evaluates quality assurance results.
- Coordinates quality problems related to material and supplies and follow up
- Investigates and attends to claims made by customers or internal-Corrective action
- Assist the QA Manager on the maintain of calibration control system.
