Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Perform lab testing, sampling, and sensory evaluations to ensure adherence to product specifications.
- Collaborate with production and packaging departments to ensure corrective actions are taken when quality deviations are detected.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed in all stages of production.
