Communicate quality objectives for improvement activities within the specialized Quality Department and the Production Unit. Implement robust process controls, statistical quality sampling, program launches, and product transfers in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure proper follow‑up of in‑process quality controls; analyze IPPM, RPPM, and WC data; ensure timely responses to customer issues; and monitor the effectiveness of internal and external analyses to drive improvement of quality indicators.
