Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to join Fiskars Group and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products throughout their lifecycle. This position is based in Espoo or Billnäs, Finland, reports to our Director, QEHS & Sustainability, and is a full‑time, parental leave cover role operating in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Quality partner in cross‑functional product development teams (R&D, Engineering, Procurement).
• Define product quality requirements, critical‑to‑quality characteristics, and acceptance criteria.
