Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Perform internal audits and to ensure organization is in compliance to internal processes and airworthiness regulatory requirements. Improve / enhance internal processes through scheduled / unscheduled /surveillance audits. Maintain and keep up-to-date Quality manuals and training records. Assist and perform external supplier audits. Assist in external airworthiness authority and customer audits. Follow-up with process owners to ensure prompt and appropriate corrective actions are duly completed. Monitoring open audit findings, including monitoring the execution and the intended effectiveness of the actions and the monitoring of corrective action plans. Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
