Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections at supplier location.


• Verify criteria highlighted in recent SCARs, confirming corrective actions.


• Dimensional compliance to the engineering prints and tolerances.


• Revision control and CIS (component inspection standard) adherence.


• AQL (Acceptable quality limit) sampling and random lot checks.


• Document findings with photos, measurements, and standardized reports

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (GD&T).


• Familiarity with electrical components.


• Proficient inspection tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.).


• Certifications: Preferred - ASQ (American Society for Quality) CQI -Certified Quality Inspector or equivalent.
