Position Summary

The Quality Inspector 2 position directly supports the Production Departments through incoming inspection of purchased components and final inspection of finished assemblies and components.



Responsibilities

" Conducts inspections of products, materials and components at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality standards

" Participates in gathering statistical data from product and processes

" Performs visual inspections of soldered connections, mechanical inspections of electronic and electro- mechanical assemblies and subassemblies

" Visual inspections of soldered assemblies to IPC-A-610 standards, and harness assemblies.
