The QMS Engineer ensures this system is effective, compliant with key standards (e.g., ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 where applicable), and continuously improving—so that quality remains a strategic differentiator and Micron remains our customers’ first choice.

• Own and improve respective Micron’s QMS processes and drive end-to-end process clarity, interactions, and documentation.
• Ensure and improve compliance (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949 for automotive lines), coordinate with sites and auditors, and close findings to standard.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to collect required inputs and ensure alignment.
