The Quality Manager is responsible for the strategy, implementation & leadership of the Quality function within the site and is accountable to a team of expert Quality staff to ensure they have what is needed for the execution and administration. This role will encompass all aspects of the Quality management system from strategic planning to hands-on implementation where needed on topics of Quality Assurance/Control, auditing, document management, complaint management, as examples.
