Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a well-established business that designs, manufactures, and tests industrial turbochargers supplied into the Power Generation, Marine, and Rail Traction industries.

**How will you make a difference?**

The Quality Manager at Napier Turbochargers is responsible for leading the Quality function across the design, manufacture, assembly, overhaul and testing of high-performance turbochargers for marine, energy and industrial applications.

The role is key in ensuring the products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory and classification-society requirements whilst upholding Napier's reputation in the market.
